Updated Overdrive & Intermediate Servo Bore Sleeves, which requires special reaming tools, that re-bores worn out aluminum servo bores Severe wear of the case at the servo apply pin bore due to continuous pin oscillation can result in burned clutches, shift complaints, and destroyed cases. This bore wear is an extremely common issue as early as 50k miles! This problem is the most overlooked issue by other builders. The sleeve is made from highly wear-resistant bronze alloy, and allows the case to be refurbished to provide proper clearance with the servo apply pins. - Updated Superior K0105 Front Ring Gear Hub Snap Ring
Superior Super Tuff Heavy Duty Snap Ring, which helps prevent common failure of the planetary gear sets and forward clutch drum, which is a very common issue with the OEM (FORD) Snap Ring. - Updated Superior Shift Correction Kit
Due to the factory design of no cooler flow cold, it is extremely temperamental to fill and get a correct level, as well as running extremely hot compared to others without flow control systems. Superior finally broke thru with a patent pending Sure-Cool Full Time Cooler Flow Valve along with enhanced Lube system that nearly triples the Flow thru the cooler and parts, especially the O.D. Planetary. These Flow Control Upgrades virtually eliminate front Planetary Burn-up due to lack of Poor/ No lube. This new system also furnishes a built in cooler bypass system that if the unit is extremely cold (fluid starts to gel) or in the event the cooler is blocked / restricted, flow to the parts still occurs – protecting your transmission investment. Also includes Updated “No Stick” Line Pressure Relief Valve Kit. Updated Lock-up upgrade system that allows an On-Off Type Apply. Updated 3-4 Drum Piston return springs replace the often found fatigued originals. Kit also addresses several TCC error & shift solenoid error codes as well as P0740. Keeps Solenoid Blocks, Parts and Components Cooler and lubricated with these new system Upgrades.

This transmission comes with a 1 Year 36,000 Mile Warranty with the purchase of a new torque converter. We offer an extended Warranty 2 Year 50,000 Mile Warranty, or a 3 Year 100,000 Mile Warranty for an additional charge.

Any and all shipping costs, including freight damage claims. Rental cars, loss of work, any labor costs, removal/reinstall fees, towing costs, inspection fees and any other incidental costs or damages which may be associated with product failure. Any product that has been physically altered, improperly installed or maintained. Any product used in an improper application, abused or not used in connection with the proper parts.
Core Information:
Buyer is required to pay the core deposit up front. Core must NOT have any internal hard part, or case damage, otherwise there will be additional charges deducted from your core deposit for the damaged hard part(s) or case. Initial shipping cost only covers one-way shipping. Return shipping cost for the transmission core is not included. Return shipping cost is deducted from your core deposit refund, after returned core passes inspection.
